What can I do if my tracking link doesn't update?

  • Please note that the tracking link is not updated daily. However, if the link hasn't updated within 5-6 business days, please contact our customer service.

I received notification that my package was delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

  • Check whether the package was delivered to a neighbor. If not, and if the package hasn't been delivered to you within four weeks of shipping, please contact our customer service team using the contact information below.
